Exchanges/Returns

Items can be returned for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new condition with the original tags attached. Items must be in the original packaging, and the receipt must be included. Any used or damaged merchandise shipped to Fit-n-Pretty.com will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Please contact our Customer Service Department to receive an RA number which must be clearly visible on the outside of your package. Authorized returns will be credited your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. In addition, it is helpful to return merchandise via UPS or FedEx in the event a shipment is lost or delayed. If your order is incorrect or your merchandise is defective, please email us at fitnpretty@comcast.net. To exchange an item, please call or email us and place your order directly. Exchanges can be made for merchandise or store credit. Your new order will be processed immediately and shipped via standard shipping at no additional shipping/handling charges. Returns in excess of $150 will automatically be flagged for review; and therefore, a credit may be delayed. In the event an account is noted for excessive returns, future credits may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 25%; and ordering priveleges may be suspended. Coupons and BusyBody discounts are considered as a sales price discount. Coupons and other discount information must be presented and redeemed at the time of purchase. Coupons and other discounts cannot be redeemed after a sale or at later date. If your order was placed online, please log into Your Account to check the status of a return or exchange. Keep in mind that all exchange and return transactions typically take from two to four weeks to complete. Please allow one to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your statement.
